Matt was wonderful to work with and answered every question I had no matter how trivial it was. This was my first experience selling a home and he explained everything and helped me through it all. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a house. I would definitely use him again.

Matt Klein was so personable and worked overtime to find properties that were within our budget, yet provided the opportunities we wanted for rental potential. We were out-of-state, so he worked within our schedule to visit South Dakota. He was constantly in communication with us and provided excellent advice and attention to detail. He knows a lot about the area, and understands the market area, as well as provides suggestions for services and other needs for potential buyers such as insurance or inspections. We trust Matt implicitly and will work with him again if we are looking for property in the Deadwood area.

I would never use anyone else other than Matt Klein in the Lead and Deadwood area. He was great helping my price my house for sale and advice for things to do before listing. After photos and listing we had several offers in the first week. Although we ran into trouble with buyers financing, we ended up with a sale over asking price and a smooth closing.

Matt is very knowledgeable about the market and history of the community. Easy and fun to meet with, I would have him sell my house again.

Even with an extremely active/busy real estate market he took the time to properly show us all properties within our target market.
